During this time where many of us are feeling isolated, I wanted to reach out, say hello, connect and share a few important resources such as the work from Dr. Andrew Miles at Botanical Biohacking.  First, are there any topics in neurology that you would like to learn more about? What courses would you be interested in? Please take 1 minute and e-mail me at info@acupunctureneurology.com.

BOTANICAL BIOHACKING & SYSTEMS BIOLOGY
I believe our profession can do a lot to keep people healthy right now, and one of the Chinese medicine practitioners I admire and respect the most has recorded several important podcasts on systems biology and the coronavirus.  His name is Dr. Andrew Miles. He and his wife own Botanical Biohacking, an exceptionally unique Chinese herbal medicine company.  He just launched a brilliant course called Aerobiome Mastery that I want to share with all of you, because I think it it essential that we, as a profession, have the most up-to-date understanding of the TCM patterns involved in modern infectious disease that differs from what is taught in the Shang Han Lun.

To learn more about Aerobiome Mastery click here.

To view a list of his most recent podcasts from Feb, March, and April all addressing COVID-19 click here.  They are also available through iTunes under “Botanical Biohacking”.

WHAT’S NEW:
I’ve just finished a course on migraines that will be available very soon.  I’m excited about it, and I’ll let you know as soon as it is available!

NEUROLOGICAL EXAMINATION HANDS-ON PRACTICE
I am teaching a 3-day hands-on workshop this October through the Carrick Institute where you will have the opportunity to learn simple bedside neurological exams to assess the autonomic nervous system, lobes of the brain and cerebellum. These exams greatly help to provide objective findings to support and guide acupuncture treatment strategies and show clinical improvement in patients. Click here to learn more!

NEUROSCIENCE ACUPUNCTURE SUMMIT
The Neuroscience Acupuncture Summit has been postponed to January 15-17, 2021. We are going to offer it as a live-streaming event for those who prefer not to travel, as well as an in-person event in Orlando, Florida. Details are here.

LEARN FROM HOME WITH MY ONLINE COURSES
Learn how to assess and treat Parkinson’s patients in my online course Parkinson’s Disease: A Functional Approach approved for 2.5 NCCAOM PDA points.

During this time of great change, I wish everyone great fortitude, strength, and endurance to get through it. We are always stronger when we work together and support each other. Please let me know how I can support you. E-mail me at info@acupunctureneurology.com.
